Prepreg-autoclave process

The autoclave process is one of the most complex processing methods. From prepregs, complicated and thermally resistant components can be pressed. The fiber volume content is extremely high, while the air entrainment is extemely low. Amonst other things,  NB carbon uses the autoclave process for the production of complex components with high requirements in the fields of automotive and racing.

 

The process of wet lamination

In addition to the manufacturing with the common prepreg-autoclav-method, we can offer the manufacturing of components with the process of wet lamination. With that process, simple components can be produced cheaply. It can be used for very small, as well as big components. With our know-how and our experience, we can ensure premium quality in this production sector, that comes with a lot of manual labor.
